you will be auto unblocked after some days, what you can do is to cancel friend requests which one did not accept.

once u locked,upto a certain certain days ur locked.iam locked permanently after 30 days block

You Can Not Get Unblocked If you Got Blocked From Sending Friend Requests you have to Wait Til Facebook Lifts the Block For How Ever long It Was If its 7 days you Got to Wait 7 Days if its 30 you Got to Wait 30 Days
