I Only Have like 83 followers. That's not very much. And I do follow back. (My instagram is @mitchie1213) but I'm just wondering what will give me more followers. I usually post drawings or other random stuff. Sometimes I post pictures of myself though. Thanks for all the help(:

Try Mixing it up a bit and Post Other Pictures Post some Good Pictures and If People Like them than people will Follow you

I have a fair amount of followers on Instagram right now, I have 968 followers & I'm following 670.
Some things you could do are -
Follow back everyone (unless it's a spam account).
Ask for shout outs on shout out pages, it's best if that account has a good amount of followers too.
Comment/like a lot on people's pictures to gain attention.
Search the tag 'followback' and see which people follow back.
Tag your pictures with tags that are relevant to the picture, but remember don't over do it.
