I visit FaceBook twice in a week...Every time after I login, I end up being depressed....Seeing the vacation, family photos of school and college friends with their kids, their very successful careers, their foreign trips etc etc.......it inevitably causes me to feel bad about myself...and that I have achieved nothing in my life when compared to them...Sometimes the depression becomes so severe that I feel life is not worth living...
Is this true that FaceBook causes depression for many people or is it only me?

It Happens For Some People if Facebook Causes you to Get Depressed i Would Not Recommend Using it

Don't use it and get a hobby. Start playing keyboard or guitar.
