when I log in to facebook it ask me to enter a text for security, after this they said that they send me a verification code on my cell number but this code received on my phone by sms after many time try and late, when I enter this code they said it is wrong code

Resend or try with a different phone. If that doesn't work contact Facebook Support. They're on 24/7.
