I know Iphones and whatever, but I can't afford that. i can't afford like any more than 300 dollar phones.
Is there anything else cheaper?I really want instagram.

Well the iPhone 4 is free & the iPhone 4S is $99 & the iPhone 5 starts at $199 all on 2 year contracts which are below your $300 limit & are perfect for Instagram because of their very good cameras. Aside from that a Sony Android phone would be the next best option.
