Hello. I want to add an old friend to facebook, a woman. She is the ex-girlfriend of my cousin. I don't want him to see that we girls are friends. How do I do that?

You cant, The only way you can is if you change your privacy settings.
But if you do he will always be able to see your friends unless you remove him from your friends list.
You can change the privacy settings so you only show profile info (including friends) to other friends but your cousin will still be able to see your friends unless you remove him from your friends list, which will make him a little suspicious.
