Do you mean you don't remember what email you used? Just click on the "forgot password" link. You can retrieve your login by using your full name, or username (if you have one).
If neither of those work (unlikely because you generally use your real name on Facebook), there is a link on that page to contact Facebook. You'll have to try to prove to CS that you are the owner of the account.
