if you have an android phone, you can get instagram or another similar one called pixo-mania

Instagram is currently only for smartphones and i-devices, but there is a way to bypass this limitation and use it from your computer. I came across a video which guides you through this process, seeing as I had the same problem as you.

It is quite simple:
Install BlueStacks
Download the Instagram app
Register an account and have fun with your images.
