Basically I have this secret account on Instagram and I don't want anyone from my school knowing about it so I like this guy too and I liked one of his pictures on accident but I quickly unlinked it. I blocked him, cleared my bio and changed my profile picture and put my account on private. Will he still get notified or something?

Nope. When he logs in it will show no likes from you what so ever
