I've seen so many dirty of young women (some close or are underage) It makes me so disgusted.

I'm not sure what you mean by "skin" Facebook and how that has anything to do with dirty photos.
But yes, if you see a photo that you think is inappropriate or illegal on Facebook, you should report it.
