if its temporary locked then wait for sometime.....otherwise try resetting it.....

this is the reason facebook sucks. sorry, but they updated their security settings, so if ever you need to upload an id and wait for them to respond (they probably dont since this happened to me before) just tell your friend to make a new facebook.

you cant unblock yourself - you have to wait the 7 days
stop adding people you do not know in real life and you wont have this problem
if you ignore the rules, your next block will be for 14 days
the next one will be for 30 days
and if continue to ignore the rules, facebook will just delete your account
