We're both experiencing the same issue along with a few other people I know of.
We have the chat window open, but the only way we'll get their message is if we refresh the page. It's only happening to one person, no one else. I get other people's right away.
I never heard of this happening before and I looked everywhere for the solution, but, there was nothing. I recently found out that another person was dealing with the same thing the other day.
Is there any way to fix it?
