Can anyone tell that I frequently look at X's pages. I don't like or comment. I just like to be nosey.

No they can not, there is many fake apps that say they can let you but they dont actually work.
Why stalk anyway lol?

FB says "No, Facebook does not provide a functionality that enables you to track who is viewing your timeline, or parts of your timeline, such as your photos. Third party applications also cannot provide this functionality. Applications that claim to give you this ability will be removed from Facebook for violating policy."

No, there is no way of knowing who looks at anyone's profile or page on Facebook.
Any apps that claim there is a way are all fakes, scams and virus's. So, you can continue to be nosey
