I just created a Facebook page and I want admins. If I put someone as manager would they be able to some how delete all the other admins and me?

Yea they can.I have a Facebook like page to an I have one of my best friends as the manager cuz I can't really trust anyone else

Yes they could if they are given Manager status. Facebook Help has a detailed page regarding Admins. There are 5 different levels of Admins. It is worth reading in advance.
