My inbox is full of facebook notifications.

sign into facebook, go to account >notifications> then uncheck everything there will be a small cellphone for things that got to your cellphone and an envelope for things that go to your email. uncheck all that you dont want to recieve notifications on.

Go to Notification settings and select notify only about security and privacy related issues.

at the bottom of these emails you will see an unsubscrive button, click it and then follow the instructions to unsubscribe

Delete them as they show up.
