This is for a real estate assignment. It's to prospect for potential properties for sale.

A Title Company can provide a Realtor with a Property Profile that will include the items you mentioned and more. You can look one up on the internet and contact them to see if they will help you directly. You could probably create your own Profile using property info. on the web. There is a Full Profile or Limited Profile option that Title Companies offer.
