If your Account is Blocked When you Login Facebook Will Tell you What you Have to Do To Unblock it Follow What Ever its Telling you to Do And your Facebook will Be Unblocked
If A Message Comes Up Saying Account Disabled than your Account is Deleted For Good

You can't unblock yourself. If Facebook blocks you then you have to do the time you're blocked for, even if you make a report to FB they will not unblock you. If you're not blocked from FB for breaching one of their rules, then try logging back in with your email and password. Hope this helped.

You can't,whoever put the block on you has to take it off.
