I have quite a few friend requests that have been sitting there for a while and I'm not sure if they're still able to see my stuff.
I have not confirmed or rejected them.
I added a friend last night and although he hadn't accepted yet, I was still able to read his latest status update.
So now I'm wondering if these friend requests are able to see my stuff.

Check your privacy settings. If you set them to 'friends only' and you don't confirm or ignore their request, they can't see.

It depends what you did in the FB settings.

they will be able to see anything you have set to public
but if you dont post anything public, then no

The people who aren't yet your friends on Facebook can see your stuff if you have your profile set to public. If you don't want strangers seeing your latest statuses and/or pictures then you would want your profile privacy settings set to "friends only." I hope I helped!
