My daughter wants a Facebook account but she is only 12 and I don't feel comfortable with her having one. I wont allow twitter either. (Even i dont have one) She has an Instagram but she wants stuff more than just pictures. It doesn't have to be KID friendly but I don't want her pics and posts to be out there for everyone to see. So I would like a private setting on it. Thanks so much.

Nothing anymore unfortunately. Predators lurk especially on kids websites.

Joining a social network basically means you want your information/pictures out there. I would say Facebook but it kinda sucks now.

Well, I don't have a Facebook, but from what I have heard, you can make a Facebook account private, and only visible to accepted users.
