Shes calling people whores and sluts and saying we shoved something up our ass. If I owned twitter she would be perm banned but idk if they will do anything about it. Can someone please answer?

Reporting her will be the best way to send a report to Twitter.
I don't think they have another way of communication.
You can follow Twitter and send them a tweet.
