Ok, there r three websites, http://www.instagram.com . I don't have an ipod, it brokededed. but, I neeeeed to make a new account on it, yet I have no idea how to. I NEED YOUR HELPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only way to make an account for instagram is to make it on the app itself. There is no other way to make one. If you have a friend that has an ipod, ipad, or iphone, you can make an account from there. But there is no other way to make one, sorry. Hope this helped
