Im really new to instagram and im not sure how it works. And im just wondering if I upload a pic or like another picture if it shows on your facebook news feed to others.

If your instagram is connected to your facebook and if when you've posted photos you have allowed them to be shared on facebook.

When you post a picture on Instagram, right before you submit it, there will be an option to share it to Facebook. If you choose this option, obviously it will share to Facebook. If you do not, nothing will happen.
