This is what i've read in my fb inbox when trying to checked messages "This message is no longer available because it was identified as abusive or marked as spam." does it mean facebook terminated my friend's account? or did she (my friend) deleted her facebook account?

No, Facebook doesn't terminated your friend's account. Facebook only deleted that message that caught as spam by FB.

facebook deleted the message as spam and your friend deleted her account

No it Just means the Message Was Deleted and Removed Thats All
