I would need more details on this fb page if they are a really famous singer like one direction or justin beiber your probably not gonna get admin. If its your friends you might just.

I've been admin on a few before. Inbox the group, say that you would love to help out and be admin on their page and to keep you on mind when they need someone and state the times you can monitor the page.x

Sometimes pages ask for admins and posts a link for people to apply.
Or you can contact them and ask for the job. It really depends on the page though. If they say that they could use a helping hand, they can change your rank to admin. But if they don't want anybody right now, then you'll just have to wait until further news.
