Is it possible to make the wall posts I send to others private?
EG
I dont want people going onto their newsfeed and seeing
(My name) > (Other person): The message I post
I just don't want it to appear on my wall that I have posted that.

Not wall posts unless you use the Custom option to block every single person you don't want seeing it.
Just send it as a direct message and nobody else will see it.
