very easy go to opera mini. log in facebook, click your profile, see edit profile click now see all friends list.

Go to Facebook Go to your Profile than Hit Friends and you Should Be Able To See your Friends List on your Device

If you use FB for Android, I believe there's a way, just poke around. I don't use apk,so can't point you directly. (maybe the same as mobile web?)
You can also access FB via web:
1) Mobile web: https://m.facebook.com ➤ click ≡ on top left, not far from top, you'll find Friends ➤ click it.
2) Full site: https://www.facebook.com ➤ go to your timeline by clicking your name ➤ on top or the left side bar, you'll see your Friends➤ click it to open it.
