does the facebook lock "only me" mean NO one can see it? - Hunter Madison - 11-19-2013 11:23 PM

I'm making a photo album and i don't want anyone to see the album. I posted a pic, it showed up in the news feed but still had the only me lock on it

Does this actually mean no one can see the pictures? or just can't comment

If you upload pic to an album that the privacy setting is Only Me, it means only you who can see the pics in that album, even the name of the album will not be seen by others.

If you upload pic through status update, but the Audience Setting is set to Only Me, then that pic (that might in Timeline album or Mobile Upload) can only be seen by you.

You'll see that uploaded pic in either your Timeline or your Newsfeed, but if you look at the Audience Setting it shows a padlock icon, which means Only Me. Aside than that, usually the box of that status updates will be in "- - -".
