I want to send somone a message on facebook but we are not friends. It says that the message will end up in the other folder message box...I know what it is but I heard that you are able to send it directly to the persons inbox by paying $1...I haven't had the option of choosing this so I was wondering if it was still available?

You can message anyone on FB for free if you're an adult. If you're under 18 Facebook doesn't let you message or be messaged by people you aren't friends with. But there is never an option to pay for messaging!
