If you forgot your password , you can reset password by clicking on 'forgot password' in facebook's home page.you must need email id or mobile no. you used to log in to reset password.

you Dont Need to Remember your Username you Need To Remember your Email Address if you Dont Even Remember What Email Address you Used Thats Associated With your Account than you Can Not Return to your Facebook
If you Remember your Email Address hit Forgot Password Put in your Email Address Facebook Will Send you a Password Reset Link to your Email Click on it and you Can Reset your Password and Get Back Into your Account
