I want to get a Facebook but I am worried about things. I know that your employer can see your Internet browsing history if he wants too and I was wondering can your parents do that too? I don't want them seeing what I have looked so if they can let me know.

If you download chrome and you use igcognito tabs (Or however that is spelled, English is not my first language) . Your browser history is not recorded on your pc / internet . So your parents cant find it. Or you would have to have very smart super IT hacker parents who are able to decode what connection is going to hidden DNS adresses, (basically http://www.facebook.com would become 134990234.912.com in DNS or something like that) . But as I assume they cant (Because even I cant) you are safe .3.

A good rule to follow is that if you are going to be embarrassed if anyone knows what you are looking at, don't look at it. Or, if you want to post something that could bite you in the rear sometime in the future, don't post it (including pictures).
