I have an instagram and it shows when you like a picture but ive wondered if maybe people can see when i comment on someone elses picture. Maybe if its just because of the device i use (phone) or if all you can see is when someone likes a pic ?
If you have an instagram youll know what im trying to ask if you click on "following"

Yes! As you see others user (likes) they see your activities on their home page on instagram. So if you like something or commend, will be in their feed.

People that follow you will only be able to see the pictures you have "liked" on their Instagram news feed.
The only time when they will be able to see comments you have left on another person's picture is when they (themselves) follow that person too! (the person who's picture you commented on)
