I also don't want other than that person to see our conversation on facebook chat,that person is not added to my friend list for privacy reasons

If your msg has been read then u will see something like this at right bottom position of ur message - seen _ _:_ _ (eg. - Seen 5 hours ago OR Seen 10:30AM).
