Hey guys I just made a twitter and have an amazing 19 followers I want more followers and just want to know what are some ways to get my name out there or any tips thanks in advance

You follow other people and hope they follow you back. That's pretty much how it goes.

increasing the followers of twitter you have to follow others first. and let them know you are following him and ask to follow you as well. if you are going with any tool sometime it went spam. or its worthless. you use some website for increasing the website but when you interact to other that will be much better.
