How do random people (who I don't follow and who don't follow me) see my tweets?
If I'm just a random person, and I type #_____ whatever topic the "blank" is ---- will anyone on twitter notice what I typed about #____ or only people that follow me or how does that work?? Thanks...

yes randomn people can see it,however you can change this to only your followers or to make them private.Just go to account settings.

In twitter search when you search you will get tweets of the person who don't set their account private. If anyone retweet your tweets then his followers can see that tweets.
