if you don't see a green dot does that mean there offline on chat or what if you see a phone icon that you don't see no green light or where it says active now, or the mins they were on chat or off chat please help I need specific answers.thanks

Green dot - online
Phone icon only - Facebook Mobile
Active now - online now (mobile or not)
Shows minutes/hours - they WERE online that many minutes/hours ago
