If its Registered With a Another Account than you Cant Use it Did you Have Any Other Accounts In the Past Even if you Deleted them And Made a New One ? If you Didint Somebody Else Probably is Using your Number Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report to them That Somebody Else is Using your Number

Do you have another account. If no, you may report. Also recheck the number,Country,etc.

Report to facebook with your problem. Just go to https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/283958118330524 and fill up this with full description of problem....

First check who are using your mobile no.\
Click on forget password, fill your no.\
May be you already registered your no. If any other using your no, you can report to Facebook about this.

so, please care ful, your mobile number maybe some body use in his/her facebook account. if you have another number please try it.
