Just follow a lot of people - they might follow back . Tweet funny stuff and put up funny pictures or whatever

1. Make sure your profile is complete with an avatar that shows your face and a solid bio.
2. Tweet well & tweet often and people will follow you.
3. Follow people who follow people that are like you.
4. Ask people to retweet you.

6. Use hashtags.
