I want to download a gif from tumblr so I clicked the Save image as..then whenever I view the gif picture...I can only view the gif image on internet explorer I don't know what to do I want to save the gif file then make it as twitter avatar or twitter picture please help me.

Copy the image url and paste it in a new tab. Right click and save image as .gif. If you want to upload a gif on twitter you can use twitpic.com. If you want to make it your avatar you have to crop it as a square (you can use Online-Image-Editor.com) and resize it to 48px, 96px, 128px, 192px, or 384px.
