Wait For Few Hours,Few Days Or For A Week.May Be She Have Just "Deactivated" Her FB,Thats Why You Are Not Seeing Her In Your Friendlist.
Ask Your Mutual Friends On FB,That Whether They Are Seeing Her There Online Or Not.If They Says "She Is Online Or Commenting." Then This Means That She Had Blocked You On Facebook.
Also Ask Them To Check That "Her Name In There Friendlist Is Appearing Or Not".If Not Appearing,Then She Had Deactivated Her FB.

Ask One of your Friends to Look it up If They Can Access it and you Cant Than You Been Blocked
