go to any page and there will be a button on the top right side click on that button and follow the simple steps

Go to any page ... For example your favourite tv show page. Under the cover picture there is a button for 'message' next to this button is a small symbol. Click on it this will open up different options. 'Creat a page' is what you want to click on. Follow the instructions from there.

Go Here http://www.facebook.com/pages
Click on Create a Page
And Follow the Instructions
Once you Choose the Category and Give it a Name and Check off that you Agree to the Terms And Click on Create Page
You Will Have your Self a Fan Page
