Well you click on their profile, and click the 'message' option. It is then up to you what to say.

Say "hi xx" she should reply you then say "how are you xx" if she calls you a creep just say it was you mate on your Facebook. But if you haven't met her in real life you have nothing to lose mate so just go for it
