I have 230 followers on ig, yet without hashtags I get like 5 likes. with hashtags the most I've got was 40 likes. A lot of people get 100 likes without hashtags, how do I do so?

Basically you have to be really active and spam random users with likes and comments. Then they will notice you and spam back
