What are plug ins? Can you use Instagram on a laptop or does it have to be via iPad/iPhone?

Plug-in s in blog are small widgets that provide useful piece of information in short or social sharing options.
Some of the plug-ins are: social follow buttons, subscribe, recent posts, tag cloud, rss atom, blog archive, blogroll, twitter tweets, facebook badge etc
Unfortunately, if you want to use Instagram, you need an iPhone or other iOS device. You can't use it on your PC.
