When i control the privacy setting of something(lets the music section,i choose not to share it a certain group of people).but when i like and comment on all those music pages will that be visible to those certain people??

no if you correctly changed the privacy setting on the post, only people permitted will see likes and comments

you can hide it in privacy and setting..u will be found a option that who can see'.that turn into only me

Add The People Who you Dont Want to See your Likes and Comments From There News Feed to your Restricted List

set manually what you want .

Go to your privacy settings and change to "only me" ( who can see my stuff) or else choose "don't show in newsfeed". You could also add people to your restricted list.
