I got an Instagram recently because I wanted to see what the fuss was about it. I still don't understand, why don't people just put those pictures on Facebook? Because they're connected, the same exact people are going to see them anyway. What's the point? Is facebook going to go out of style because of this?

Because it's popular and almost everyone use them. Its "in" style.
