I'm a 17 year old guy and I don't have an Instagram page yet. I'm kinda slow when it comes to these kinda things.
So....
Any tips on getting followers ???

Have a lot of friends and be popular. That's the only way, unless you want to buy followers which in most cases is a scam.

You kids put way too much emphasis on likes and the number of followers you get. Something like Instagram is for posting pictures of family, friends or just things that you like. You don't do it for followers; you do it because you want to do it for you.
If you post good content and use hashtags, eventually, people will find you and follow you. If you are going to get depressed because no one is following you the second you start up your account, best not do it at all.
