Hover your cursor over your profile picture and it should say "Edit profile picture". Click on it and upload or choose from your already posted pictures, something you want to use.

Go to your account.
Hover the mouse over your picture
click EDIT PROFILE PICTURE

Hover over your profile picture, there should be a pop up saying "Edit Profile Picture" and choose the "Upload Photo" option if you're trying to upload a picture.
