There's this Twitter thing going on that Miley is pregnant. I think Perez Hilton started it lol. #MileysPregnant was a trending topic a while ago.. and Miley Cyrus is still a trending topic now. Lol. Just wondering, is this some kind of joke or is this real?

Almost certainly not. These types of rumours surface all the time and 99% of the time they are rubbish. Pick a celebrities name and search hard enough on the net and you will find rumours suggesting they have been involved in almost anything you can imagine.
