i own a facebook page with over 250,000 likes someone messaged me an offer for 1500 dollars and they can send it money gram/paypal. Is this some sort of scam should i accept? How would i know if i recieved the money?

It sounds like you're trying to scam us right now.
What is this Facebook page about that has so many likes and why is some random person offering to give you $1500? Also, if you know anything about PayPal, how can you not know that PayPal sends email when money is received?
There are too many unanswered questions here. If what you're saying is true (and I have my doubts), it's a scam. If you didn't ask for money, no one is legitimately going to simply offer you that much. Let's face it, no one will give that money to a stranger even if asked.
The article tells how you can tell if you're being scammed. Don't let the title fool you...it applies to other situations as well as holiday scams.
