Whenever I try to create a Facebook page for my local business, the message "Sorry, this feature isn't available right now"
An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later.
Can someone please explain why this happen, and if possible an explanation on how to fix it?

I just made a new one without any problems. What browser are you using? I'm on Google Chrome and everything went just peachy. If anything you can contact support.

Try using a different name and e-mail address.
